Fast and flexible training paths in the food sector

The project seeks to offer solutions for challenges and problems with availability in the food sector. These challenges are specifically in the field of employing seasonal workers, workers with varied language skills and cultural and migrant backgrounds as well as in the general appeal and retention of employees in the food sector. The aim of the project is to create education paths that are reactive, flexible and short-term and meet the needs of the changing skills needed from the workforce. In addition to seasonal workers, the training needs concern employees, supervisors and the staff in educational institutions already working in the field.
