The project focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of businesses and enabling development activities in the food sector of Southwest Finland. A central outcome of the project is a report on the requirements and needs for future development and existing barriers for growth in business. A SWOT-analysis based on interviews with businesses working in the food chain of Southwest Finland will be delivered as a result.
