The project seeks to improve the knowledge of the European Union’s quality schemes (PDO, PGI, TSG) for protection of the names of specific quality products, especially within restaurants, retail, professional kitchens and with businesses in the field of tourism.
Additionally, the project seeks to find and activate applicant groups to apply for new Finnish products to be granted a protection under one of the quality schemes.
