FutureCrops2.0 – Demand-based, Carbon Absorbing and Diversifying Crop Rotations

The project aims to increase the demand-based use of Finnish plant proteins in professional kitchens. A diverse plant production increases carbon absorption and biodiversity, in addition to adding value and safety in food production.
